Welcome to VillagerCraft's official Minecraft server shop. By purchasing any product from our shop, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing a purchase.

1. Definitions

You are responsible for ensuring that your account information and Minecraft username are correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for products delivered to an incorrect account or username provided by the customer.

3. No Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.

Once a payment has been completed, you are not entitled to a refund, cancellation, exchange, replacement, or other form of reimbursement, including but not limited to cases involving:

  • Accidental purchases;
  • Change of mind;
  • Failure to use the purchased product;
  • In-game bans, mutes, suspensions, or other punishments;
  • Loss of access to your Minecraft or server account;
  • Incorrect username or account information provided at checkout;
  • Dissatisfaction with a purchased product;
  • Server changes, resets, updates, or gameplay changes;
  • Temporary or permanent server downtime;
  • Failure to read or understand the product description before purchasing.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes are strictly prohibited.

If you believe a payment was made fraudulently or without your authorization, you must contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Any fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized chargeback may result in:

  • Permanent suspension or ban from the Server;
  • Removal of purchased products;
  • Restriction from future purchases;
  • Additional action to recover fees or losses associated with the chargeback.

We reserve the right to take appropriate action against fraudulent or abusive payment disputes.

5. Product Delivery

Digital products are generally delivered automatically or within a reasonable period after a successful payment.

If you experience a technical issue with your purchase, you should contact our support team with valid proof of purchase and the relevant transaction details. Technical support does not guarantee a refund.

6. Ranks, Perks, Currency, and Items

Ranks, perks, in-game currency, and in-game items are digital products and have no real-world cash value.

The Server may change, modify, rebalance, replace, or remove digital products, features, gameplay mechanics, or benefits at any time. Such changes do not create an entitlement to a refund.

Purchased products may be subject to the Server's rules and may be removed or suspended if you violate those rules.

7. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Minecraft account and any account used to access the Server.

We are not responsible for unauthorized access to your account, lost items caused by account sharing, or purchases made by another person using your account or payment method.

8. Server Rules

All customers must follow the Server's rules and policies. Purchasing a product does not grant immunity from punishments or special permission to violate the Server's rules.

We reserve the right to suspend, mute, restrict, or permanently ban accounts that violate our rules.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes become effective when posted on this page.

10. Acceptance of These Terms

By purchasing any product from the Shop, you confirm that:
